About The Position

The Retail Sales Representative promotes Ferrero products, including brands such as Tic Tac, Butterfinger, Kinder, and Keebler, in convenience stores. The role focuses on securing product placement, stocking and displaying products, and building professional relationships with store management and associates. Representatives work independently across multiple stores in a territory and help ensure products are presented and priced according to planograms.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be comfortable using a smart device.
• Ability to work independently with integrity and professionalism.
• Ability to regularly lift 25 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel to multiple stores in a territory.
• Must be willing to transport required materials.

Nice To Haves

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sell new and promotional items to gain shelf placement.
• Build displays and stock shelves with products.
• Build rapport with store management and staff.
• Ensure planogram compliance, including correct pricing and signage.
• Monitor inventory levels and suggest order quantities to management.
• Travel to multiple stores in an assigned territory and transport required materials.
