Retail Sales Representative
About The Position
TCC, a Verizon Authorized Retailer, is seeking a Retail Sales Representative to serve customers and the community in a retail storefront environment. The role focuses on building connections, understanding customer needs, and delivering wireless solutions in person and over the phone. Representatives contribute to sales performance while providing genuine customer care, and may open the store and work across multiple locations as business needs require. The position offers ongoing training, collaboration, and career development. Community involvement is also part of the role. Compensation includes a competitive hourly rate, uncapped commission, monthly bonuses, and annual profit sharing. The stated average salary is $55,000–$65,000 per year, with guaranteed hourly pay and same-day pay options.
Requirements
- At least a high school diploma.
- Ability to work guaranteed full-time hours.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to work in a retail, storefront environment.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to stand, sit, walk, and bend for extended periods; frequent standing is required.
- Ability to lift 10 pounds as needed.
- Ability to travel approximately 10%, based on business needs.
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
