About The Position

PHOENIX Retail, LLC operates the Express and Bonobos brands. Bonobos is a menswear brand offering a personalized, one-on-one, appointment-based retail experience through its Guideshops, where customers can try on clothing and receive expert fit advice. The Retail Sales Leader, also known as a Lead Guide, works in the King of Prussia Guideshop and delivers customer-focused, fit-focused service while driving personal sales. The role uses product knowledge to provide an exceptional customer experience and helps lead the team and manage the Guideshop when the Guideshop Manager is unavailable.

Requirements

• Have 2–5 years of retail or sales experience in a leadership capacity, or relevant experience.
• Consistently achieve personal and overall store sales goals.
• Be able to work a flexible schedule according to business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Have knowledge of men’s fashion, fabrics, styles, and fit.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and maximize personal sales results.
• Coach Guides during scheduled shifts to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Execute assigned opening and closing Guideshop duties.
• Act as the leader and take on management responsibilities when the Guideshop Manager is unavailable.
• Support the Guideshop expense budget, payroll control, and procedural compliance.
