About The Position

PHOENIX Retail, LLC is a retail platform operating the Express and Bonobos brands. Bonobos is a menswear brand offering a personalized, appointment-based Guideshop experience, where customers receive one-on-one service and expert fit advice. The Retail Sales Leader, also known as a Lead Guide, works in the Bonobos Guideshop at The Hill. This customer-focused, fit-focused sales leader uses product knowledge to deliver an exceptional customer experience and achieve sales results in a distinctive retail setting.

The Lead Guide coaches Guides during scheduled shifts, performs assigned opening and closing duties, and assumes leadership and management responsibilities when the Guideshop Manager is unavailable. The role also supports expense budgets, payroll control, and procedural compliance. The position requires a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• Have 2–5 years of retail or sales experience in a leadership capacity, or relevant experience.
• Consistently achieve personal and overall store sales goals.
• Be able to work a flexible schedule according to business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Have knowledge of men’s fashion, fabrics, styles, and fit.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and maximize personal sales results.
• Coach Guides during scheduled shifts to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Execute opening and closing Guideshop duties as assigned.
• Act as the leader and take on management responsibilities when the Guideshop Manager is not available.
• Support expense budget, payroll control, and procedural compliance for the Guideshop.
