About The Position

PHOENIX Retail, LLC is seeking a Retail Sales Leader, also called a Lead Guide, for the Bonobos 29th Street Guideshop. The Lead Guide is a customer-focused, fit-focused, incentive-driven sales leader who uses product knowledge to deliver exceptional one-on-one service and achieve strong personal sales results. Bonobos offers a personalized, appointment-based Guideshop experience featuring men’s clothing and expert fit advice.

The role supports the Guideshop’s sales and operating needs, coaches Guides during scheduled shifts, and assumes leadership and management responsibilities when the Guideshop Manager is unavailable. The Lead Guide also supports expense budgets, payroll control, and procedural compliance. The position requires a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• Have 2–5 years of retail or sales experience in a leadership capacity, or relevant experience.
• Consistently achieve personal and overall store sales goals.
• Be able to work a flexible schedule according to business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Have knowledge of men’s fashion, fabrics, styles, and fit.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and maximize personal sales results.
• Coach Guides during scheduled shifts to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Execute assigned opening and closing Guideshop duties.
• Act as the leader and take on management responsibilities when the Guideshop Manager is unavailable.
• Support expense budgets, payroll control, and procedural compliance for the Guideshop.
