About The Position

PHOENIX Retail, LLC is a retail platform operating the Express and Bonobos brands. Bonobos is a menswear brand offering a personalized, appointment-based Guideshop experience with one-on-one service and expert fit advice. The Retail Sales Leader, also known as a Lead Guide, works in the Tyson's Galleria Guideshop. This customer-focused, fit-focused, incentive-driven role uses product knowledge to deliver an exceptional customer experience and achieve strong sales results in a distinctive retail setting.

The Lead Guide coaches Guides during scheduled shifts, supports Guideshop operations and takes on management responsibilities when the Guideshop Manager is unavailable. The role supports expense and payroll controls and compliance with procedures. Requirements

• Have 2–5 years of retail or sales experience in a leadership capacity, or relevant experience.
• Consistently achieve personal and overall store sales goals.
• Be able to work a flexible schedule according to business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Have knowledge of men's fashion, fabrics, styles, and fit.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and maximize personal sales results.
• Coach Guides during scheduled shifts to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Execute assigned closing and opening Guideshop duties.
• Act as the leader and take on management responsibilities when the Guideshop Manager is not available.
• Support the Guideshop expense budget, payroll control, and procedural compliance.
