Bilingual Spanish Part Time Retail Sales Consultant
About The Position
AT&T is hiring a part-time Bilingual Spanish Retail Sales Consultant in Fresno, California. The role focuses on creating meaningful customer connections and meeting sales targets through personalized, consultative guidance on AT&T devices, products, and services. The position also involves participating in community events, filling online orders, and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers. The role operates in a fast-paced retail environment where flexibility and openness to change are important as technology and customer needs evolve. The schedule falls between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m., including weekends. Monthly schedules based on seniority are provided two weeks in advance. Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus; AT&T provides tools, training, and coaching to help employees meet their goals. Pay is $19.17–$22.62 per hour, plus $6,850 and commissions if all sales goals are met. Individual starting pay may vary based on geography, experience, expertise, and education or training. Employees working 20–24 hours per week earn an average of $48,151 per year in total compensation. The stated weekly hours are 20.
