About The Position

AT&T is hiring a part-time, bilingual Spanish-English Retail Sales Consultant to help customers choose from its devices, products, and personalized services. The role focuses on creating meaningful customer connections, using a consultative sales approach, meeting sales targets, and earning commission. Consultants also participate in community events, fulfill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers. The position is based at the AT&T retail location at 7507 E 36th Ave in Denver, Colorado. The work schedule falls between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m. and includes weekends; monthly seniority-based schedules are provided two weeks in advance. The environment is fast-paced and requires flexibility as technology and customer needs evolve. Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, and AT&T provides tools, training, and coaching. New Retail Sales Consultants earn between $42,000 and $48,000, including hourly pay and uncapped commission opportunities for top sellers. Individual starting pay may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education or training; the stated range depends on meeting or exceeding sales goals.
