Part Time Bilingual Spanish Retail Sales Consultant
About The Position
AT&T is hiring a part-time bilingual Spanish Retail Sales Consultant in Reading, Pennsylvania, at Broadcasting Square. The role focuses on building meaningful customer connections and achieving sales targets through personalized, consultative guidance on AT&T products and services. Consultants can earn hourly pay plus uncapped commission, with potential additional starting pay for bilingual skills. The position works 20–24 hours per week in a fast-paced retail environment, on a schedule between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m. that includes weekends. Monthly seniority-based schedules are provided two weeks in advance. Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus; AT&T provides tools, training, and coaching for employees to meet and exceed their goals.
