About The Position

AT&T is hiring a bilingual Spanish- and English-speaking part-time Retail Sales Consultant. The role focuses on creating meaningful customer connections through personalized sales expertise and helping customers choose among AT&T products and services. Consultants work on the sales floor, participate in community events, fulfill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers. The position offers hourly pay and uncapped commission opportunities; bilingual employees may receive additional starting pay. The stated annual earnings range assumes sales goals are met and/or exceeded, and individual starting salary may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education or training. The role is based at the AT&T retail location at 7507 E 36th Ave in Denver, Colorado. Employees work 20 hours per week on a schedule between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m., including weekends. Monthly schedules based on seniority are provided two weeks in advance. This is a fast-paced environment where flexibility and openness to change help employees keep up with evolving technology and customer needs. AT&T provides tools, training, and coaching for employees who do not have prior sales experience.

Requirements

Speak Spanish and English.
