Bilingual Spanish Part Time Retail Sales Consultant
About The Position
AT&T is hiring a bilingual Spanish-English Retail Sales Consultant for its Fresno, California, Blackstone location. The role focuses on creating meaningful customer connections through personalized sales expertise and selling AT&T products and services. Consultants use a consultative approach to guide customers through available options, meet sales targets, and earn commissions. The job also involves participating in community events, fulfilling online orders, and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers. This is a part-time retail position working approximately 20–24 hours per week, with a schedule between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m. that includes weekends. Monthly schedules based on seniority are provided two weeks in advance. The work takes place in a fast-paced environment where flexibility and openness to change are important. Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus; AT&T provides tools, training, and coaching for candidates without sales experience. Pay is $19.17–$22.62 per hour, plus $6,850 and commissions if all sales goals are met. Retail Sales Consultants working 20–24 hours per week earn an average of $48,151 per year in total compensation. Individual starting pay may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education or training. Additional starting pay may be available for bilingual employees.
