About The Position

Mobily is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant to provide customer service and sell AT&T products and services. The role offers commission-based earning potential, company-provided training and tools, and a career path with opportunities for advancement into leadership. Employees may occasionally participate in outside sales events, community engagements, and promotional activities. These events are considered part of the role and may involve engaging with customers, representing AT&T products and services, distributing marketing materials, and helping set up or break down events.

Requirements

Clear communication skills, a positive attitude, and technical aptitude.
Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty, and integrity.
At least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States without restrictions.
Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Reliable transportation to the work location.
Live within 30 minutes of the home store and be flexible to work at multiple locations within a district as needed.
Ability to operate a personal computer.
Adhere to company policy and maintain a neat, professional appearance.

At events, engage with customers, represent AT&T products and services, distribute marketing materials, and assist with setup or breakdown.
