About The Position
Retail Sales Associates are central to the in-store experience, providing energetic, stylish, and exceptional customer service. They help create a fun, welcoming shopping environment and contribute to the store’s success. Working with the store team, they support sales and daily operations, using their enthusiasm for fashion and connection with customers to help ensure a positive shopping experience. The role includes customer service, cash handling, visual merchandising, restocking, light housekeeping, and supporting sales goals through product knowledge and styling suggestions. Associates are expected to demonstrate the company’s Values, Business style, People Leadership principles, and Customer First approach. The compensation range is $19 per hour. Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and create a memorable shopping experience for every customer.
- Support daily store operations, including cash handling, visual merchandising, restocking, and light housekeeping.
