About The Position

The Seasonal Sales Associate is the store’s customer service specialist and reports to the Store Manager. The role focuses on exceeding customer expectations by listening to their needs, recommending suitable products, providing detailed product information, and completing sales. This seasonal position is for the holiday period from November 16, 2026, through January 31, 2027. Employees must be available to work during the specified Black Friday and holiday periods.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts, including discounts and percentages.
• Ability to stand for long periods, read computer terminals, and push, pull, move, lift, or carry objects weighing at least 25 pounds.
• Ability to maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, including repetitive bending, prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, squatting, and climbing.
• High school diploma or GED, or six months of retail or related experience.
• Availability to work at least 12 hours per week, subject to business seasonality.
• Availability to work during the Black Friday period: November 20–22 and November 27, 2026, and the holiday period: December 18–26, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales goals.
• Maintain brand and operational standards, including visual presentation and cleanliness.
• Meet customer needs and exceed expectations by following UNIQLO service standards and Fundamental Principles, including using the six standard phrases.
• Understand fitting-room standards and assist as needed.
• Work as a cashier when required and follow cashier protocol.
• Process shipments and ensure merchandise is represented on the sales floor in a full size run.
• Assist management in identifying and resolving store issues.
• Provide customers with product and brand knowledge.
• Follow company policies and procedures and notify management of infractions.
• Assist with special projects assigned by management.
