About The Position

BYLT Premium Basics is hiring a Retail Stylist for a temporary position at Aventura Mall, anticipated to conclude on or around January 2, 2027. The ideal candidate is customer-service oriented and passionate about people, with an interest in becoming a product expert who educates, informs, and outfits customers for any occasion. The Retail Stylist should embody a “BYLT for you” mindset and serve as an ambassador for the brand.

The role focuses on providing excellent customer experiences, supporting sales, maintaining the sales floor, sharing product knowledge, processing transactions, and assisting with inventory. The position requires regular customer and team interaction, and the ability to work varied hours and days, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Nice To Haves

• At least 1 year of retail experience.
• Cash-handling skills and experience with point-of-sale systems.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to approximately 50 pounds frequently.
• Ability to bend, stoop, or kneel frequently.

Responsibilities

• Actively greet and engage customers on the sales floor to provide the best customer experience.
• Drive sales through customer engagement, suggestive selling, and product knowledge.
• Maintain a neat and tidy sales floor, including folding, hanging, displaying, and merchandising garments according to BYLT guidelines.
• Keep clientele informed about current promotions and future merchandise of potential interest.
• Respond to customers’ questions and handle issues or concerns courteously and professionally.
• Process payments using cash, gift cards, store credit, and other credit or debit cards.
• Alert management to potential security issues.
• Assist with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
