Retail Sales Associate
About The Position
A part-time position on a high-performing team, where associates are empowered and equipped to do their jobs and can take pride in their work. The anticipated pay rate is $15.75 per hour, depending on location, knowledge, skills, education, and experience. Associates and their families may be eligible for limited medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, and short-term disability coverage. Eligible associates may enroll in the company’s 401(k) plan. Associates can accrue up to 152 hours per year of paid time off, inclusive of PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays, and up to 64 hours per year of paid sick time unless otherwise required by law. Schedules are provided during operating hours of 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. The company is closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter and offers a path to promotion with full-time opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Provide a great experience for customers.
- Handle various sales transactions.
- Encourage customers to participate in company programs.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
