About The Position

Saatva is seeking Sleep Guides to work in its nationwide network of Viewing Rooms. Sleep Guides provide an immersive, elevated retail experience, represent Saatva’s luxury brand, and help customers discover suitable mattresses and bedding through knowledgeable, customer-focused service. The role includes assisting customers in person, by phone, and through live chat, answering questions, communicating product benefits, and resolving issues. Compensation is $21 per hour, with an annual bonus program and a comprehensive benefits package.

Requirements

Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers and team members.
Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Organization and multitasking skills, with a commitment to completing tasks to a high standard.
Comfort using personal computers and related software, including navigating multiple platforms simultaneously.
Positive attitude.

Nice To Haves

One to two years of retail sales or customer service experience; the company is willing to train the right candidate.
One year of telecommunications or call center experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Engage with customers and team members in person during scheduled shifts.
Communicate product benefits, answer customer inquiries, and troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Maintain timely and regular attendance during scheduled shifts.
Deliver a world-class customer experience.
Develop product expertise to confidently assist customers.
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve basic and complex issues by phone, live chat, and in-person interactions on the showroom floor.
Be available to work weekends and major retail holidays.
