About The Position

Skechers is hiring an entry-level Retail Sales Associate, also known as a Product Specialist, to support customers and store operations. The associate provides personalized product guidance and exceptional customer service, contributes to store and individual sales goals, processes payments, and helps maintain an inviting, well-organized store. The role includes learning about Skechers products and working collaboratively with the store team. It involves standing for most of the shift and occasionally lifting and carrying shoes and boxes weighing up to 50 pounds. The listed pay rate is $18.00.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old at the time of application.
• Able and willing to work a flexible schedule, with evening and weekend availability.
• Eager to provide excellent customer service and motivated to meet or exceed retail sales goals.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable with cashier responsibilities.
• Able to stand for most of the shift and occasionally lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.
• Experience in retail sales, customer service, or cashier roles is a plus but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and provide personalized advice about Skechers products.
