About The Position

As a Retail Selling Colleague in the women’s shoes department, you combine results-focused selling with genuine hospitality to create memorable shopping experiences. You learn about customers’ needs, recommend products and services, and use product knowledge and a personal approach to build trust, meet sales targets, and encourage loyalty. The position is focused on selling and customer engagement, not just cashiering. You help keep the sales floor and fitting rooms clean, organized, and inviting. At the start of the day, you review sales goals, learn about new arrivals, top-selling items, trends, and promotions, and prepare to engage customers. During the day, you welcome customers, build relationships, recover the sales floor and fitting rooms, update signs and pricing, and support merchandise moves. You share loyalty program benefits, help customers complete their purchases, and provide a sincere closing experience. Full-time colleagues are typically scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week. Hours depend on business needs and colleague availability, and schedules include weekend shifts. The role requires flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, as well as regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.
