About The Position

As a Retail Selling Colleague in the Women’s Shoes department, you combine results-focused selling with genuine hospitality to create memorable shopping experiences. You learn about customers’ needs, provide personalized recommendations, connect them with suitable products and services, and work toward sales goals through customer engagement and effective selling behaviors. You stay informed about sales goals, new arrivals, popular items, trends, and promotions, and support merchandise moves, signage, and pricing updates. You also share loyalty-program benefits and help acquire new customers by opening credit accounts. The position requires flexible availability and dependable attendance. Full-time colleagues are typically scheduled for 30 or more hours per week, and schedules include weekend shifts. Hours depend on business needs and colleague availability.
