About The Position

As a Retail Selling Colleague, you combine results-focused selling with genuine hospitality to create standout shopping experiences. You learn about each customer’s needs, provide personalized recommendations, and connect customers with relevant products and services. Through product knowledge, customer engagement, and effective selling behaviors, you work toward sales goals, build trust, and encourage customer loyalty. The role includes more than cashiering: you also help keep the sales floor and fitting rooms clean, organized, and inviting. Colleagues prepare for the day by reviewing sales goals, learning about new arrivals and top-selling items, and keeping current on trends and promotions. During the day, they welcome customers, build personal relationships, recover the sales floor and fitting rooms, update signs and pricing, and assist with merchandise moves. They share loyalty program benefits, ensure customers have what they need, and provide a sincere closing to each interaction. Colleagues support one another and work collaboratively to improve individual and store results. Full-time colleagues are typically scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week. Schedules include weekend shifts, and hours depend on business needs and colleague availability. The position requires flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
