About The Position

Squishable is seeking a Seasonal Retail Sales Associate to represent the brand and create a fun, memorable customer experience during the holiday season. Associates learn the products and use their product knowledge and communication skills to provide a high level of customer service and build relationships with customers.

This seasonal role runs from November 2026 through early January 2027. Team members must have flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• Flexible availability throughout the holiday season, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to lift and move cartons weighing up to 25 lbs.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Nice To Haves

• Previous retail experience, preferably in a pop-up, promotional, or boutique environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform point-of-sale transactions efficiently and courteously.
• Engage with customers and create a fun, memorable holiday shopping experience.
• Process inbound holiday shipments efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain organized inventory and display merchandise according to brand visual guidelines.
• Support opening and closing duties as assigned, particularly during peak holiday periods.
