About The Position

Squishable is hiring a seasonal Retail Sales Associate to represent the brand and deliver a fun, memorable customer experience during the holiday season. Associates learn Squishable’s products and use that knowledge to provide excellent customer service and build relationships with customers. The seasonal role runs from November 2026 through early January 2027.

Requirements

• Have flexible availability throughout the holiday season, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be able to lift and move cartons weighing up to 25 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Previous retail experience, preferably in a pop-up, promotional, or boutique environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform point-of-sale transactions efficiently and courteously during the busy holiday season.
• Engage with customers and create a fun, memorable holiday shopping experience.
• Process inbound holiday shipments efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain organized inventory and display merchandise according to brand visual guidelines.
• Support opening and closing duties as assigned, particularly during peak holiday periods.
