About The Position

As a Sales Associate, you’ll be the welcoming face of a customer-centered environment that reflects WHBM’s culture of hospitality. You’ll work as part of a team to foster genuine customer connections, share product knowledge, and provide personalized service. The role also supports store performance and operations through personal goals, merchandising, inventory replenishment, organization, and maintaining brand standards. This is a temporary, part-time position at Water Tower Place in Chicago, Illinois.

Requirements

• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Team-player mindset with a high level of ownership and initiative.
• Ability to quickly learn new processes and tools.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Minimum age of 16 in AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA; minimum age of 18 in all other states.
• Ability to bend, reach, and stretch for products; maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom; operate the register; and lift or carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Create a seamless omnichannel experience using available tools.
• Educate customers about the benefits of brand loyalty programs.

• Assist store leaders with merchandising, inventory replenishment, and store organization.
• Maintain a visually inspiring store environment that reflects brand standards.
• Contribute to a positive work environment through teamwork and collaboration.
