About The Position

The Retail Sales Associate at Vuori builds connections with customers and communicates the brand’s values through product knowledge and an optimistic attitude. Requirements

Responsibilities

Create an unforgettable customer experience and forge lasting relationships with customers.
Work with the sales team to ensure each customer receives the best possible service.
Greet customers in a timely, authentic, and engaging manner.
Prepare fitting rooms, locate sizes, and provide knowledgeable feedback on merchandise style and fit.
Achieve sales goals in a team-based commission environment.
Develop product knowledge across fashion and activewear to serve customers as an expert.
Assist with projects while keeping the focus on customer experience.
Communicate inventory needs to support business goals.
Ensure the sales floor is stocked every evening.
Collaborate with management on inventory management.
Clean the retail store regularly, including floors and bathrooms.
Understand and execute cash-control procedures, including bank deposits and petty cash.
Assist with implementing and maintaining merchandising and visual directives.
Keep the selling floor neat, clean, organized, and consistent with the correct visual image.
Identify and communicate product concerns in a timely manner.
