Seasonal Retail Sales Associate
About The Position
Fjällräven is hiring a part-time seasonal/temporary Retail Sales Associate for its Palo Alto, California store, with the role expected to run through February 2027. The associate welcomes guests and helps them find outdoor gear suited to their needs, using the GUIDE service program and product knowledge to support confident purchasing decisions. The role also supports daily store operations, including cash handling, restocking, maintaining an inviting sales floor, and following safety, security, and loss-prevention practices. The associate works collaboratively with teammates, participates in product and service training, represents Fjällräven's values, and educates guests about sustainability initiatives such as the Arctic Fox Initiative and Down Promise. Participation in local events and community activations is also possible. Fjällräven describes its mission as inspiring people to walk with nature through durable, high-quality products and meaningful experiences.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Use the GUIDE service program to listen to guests, educate them, and help them find gear suited to their needs.
