About The Position

Skechers is hiring an entry-level Retail Sales Associate, also known as a Product Specialist, to help customers find footwear, apparel, and accessories while contributing to store sales and operations. The role focuses on providing personalized customer service, meeting sales goals, handling transactions, maintaining product knowledge, and working with the team to create an inviting store environment. The position pays $18.00 per hour and is seasonal.

Requirements

• Eagerness to provide high-quality customer service in an entry-level retail role.
• Motivation to meet and exceed retail sales goals.
• Reliability, attention to detail, and comfort with cashier responsibilities.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• At least 18 years of age at the time of application.
• Ability to lift and carry shoes and boxes, occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds, and remain on your feet for most of a shift.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in retail sales, customer service, or cashier roles is a plus but not essential.
