About The Position

As a Retail Selling Colleague, you combine results-driven selling with genuine hospitality to create standout shopping experiences. You learn about customers’ needs, provide personalized recommendations, connect them with products and services, and use product knowledge and a personal approach to build trust, achieve sales goals, and inspire loyalty. The role includes more than cashiering: customer engagement and service are central to the work. You help keep the sales floor and fitting rooms clean, organized, and inviting. During the day, you maintain the shopping space, recover the sales floor and fitting rooms, update signs and pricing, and support merchandise moves. You also share the benefits of the Loyalty program, ensure customers have what they need, and thank them for their business. Full-time colleagues typically work 30 or more hours per week. Schedules include weekend shifts, and hours depend on business needs and colleague availability.
