About The Position

As a Retail Selling Colleague, you combine results-oriented selling with genuine hospitality to create standout shopping experiences. You learn about customers’ needs, offer personalized recommendations, and connect them with appropriate products and services. Through warmth, product knowledge, and a personal approach, you build trust, meet sales targets, and encourage customer loyalty. The role also involves keeping the shopping area clean, organized, and inviting. Colleagues prepare for the day by reviewing sales goals, learning about new arrivals and top-selling items, and staying informed about trends and promotions. They welcome customers, build friendly personal relationships, and maintain the sales floor and fitting rooms by recovering merchandise, updating signs and pricing, and supporting merchandise moves. They share loyalty-program benefits, ensure customers have what they need, and close interactions with a sincere thank-you. Colleagues support one another, collaborate, and work to improve individual and store results. Full-time colleagues are typically scheduled for 30 or more hours per week. Schedules include weekend shifts, and hours depend on business needs and colleague availability.
