About The Position

As a Seasonal Retail Selling Colleague, you combine results-oriented selling with genuine hospitality to create memorable holiday shopping experiences. You learn about customers’ needs, offer personalized recommendations, and connect them with relevant products and services on the sales floor or in the fitting room. You build customer trust and loyalty, work toward sales goals, and help maintain a clean, organized, inviting shopping environment. The role is centered on customer service and selling rather than cashiering alone. Colleagues prepare for each day by reviewing sales goals, learning about new arrivals, top-selling items, trends, and promotions, and ensuring the sales floor is ready for customers. During the day, they engage customers in friendly, personal conversations; merchandise new receipts; process damages, testers, and selected vendor returns; update signs and pricing; and support merchandise moves. They share loyalty program benefits, help customers complete their visits, and collaborate with colleagues to deliver individual and store results. Seasonal colleagues are typically scheduled to work 10–20 hours per week. Hours depend on business needs and colleague availability.
