About The Position

As a Sales Associate at Ann Taylor, you are a brand ambassador who creates authentic connections with customers and guides their shopping journey with personalized styling recommendations. You help maintain an inviting store by keeping merchandise organized and correctly placed on the sales floor, and collaborate with your team to deliver personalized customer experiences.

This role supports customer service, sales goals, visual and operational standards, and omnichannel shopping. The position is part-time at The Mall in Columbia in Columbia, Maryland.

Requirements

• Bring a hospitality mindset when engaging with customers.
• Have flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Be technology proficient and able to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Take initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
