About The Position
Lovisa is hiring Retail Sales Associates to help create memorable customer experiences in a fun, fast-paced jewellery retail environment. Team members provide excellent service, help customers choose jewellery, keep the store organised and visually appealing, and learn to perform piercings through provided training. The role offers hands-on retail experience and opportunities to develop and grow within the company, including potential local-store and international opportunities. Applicants are asked to submit a one-minute video answering questions about their interest in Lovisa, their understanding of customer service, and three skills they would bring to the team.
