About The Position

As a Retail Selling Colleague in the women’s shoes department, you combine results-driven selling with genuine hospitality to create standout shopping experiences. You learn what customers need, provide personalized recommendations, connect them with suitable products and services, and use product knowledge and thoughtful engagement to build trust, meet sales goals, and encourage customer loyalty. The role includes helping maintain a clean, organized, inviting, and shoppable sales floor and fitting-room area. Colleagues prepare for each day by reviewing sales goals, learning about new arrivals, best-selling products, trends, and promotions, and ensuring the sales floor is ready for customers. During customer interactions, they offer a warm welcome and personal assistance. They also recover the sales floor and fitting rooms, update signs and pricing, support merchandise moves, share loyalty-program benefits, and provide a courteous checkout and farewell. Teamwork, honesty, care, collaboration, and continuous learning support individual and store results. This is a full-time position. Full-time colleagues are typically scheduled for 30 or more hours per week; actual hours depend on business needs and colleague availability. Schedules include weekend shifts, and availability is expected for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
