About The Position

As a Retail Selling Colleague in the Women’s Shoes department, you combine results-driven selling with genuine hospitality to create memorable shopping experiences. You learn what customers need, offer personalized recommendations, and connect them with appropriate products and services. You engage customers on the sales floor and in fitting rooms, use product knowledge and smart selling behaviors to meet sales goals, and help build customer trust and loyalty. The role includes responsibilities beyond cashiering, with customer service at its center. You help keep the shopping area clean, organized, and inviting. You prepare for the day by reviewing sales goals, learning about new products, popular items, trends, and promotions, and ensuring the sales floor is ready for customers. During the day, you build customer relationships through friendly conversations, recover the sales floor and fitting rooms, update signs and pricing, and support merchandise moves. You share loyalty program benefits, ensure customers have what they need, and close interactions with a sincere thank-you. Colleagues support one another through honest, caring collaboration, take pride in their work, pursue continuous improvement, and contribute to individual and store results. This is a full-time position; full-time colleagues are typically scheduled for 30 or more hours per week.
