About The Position

The Retail Sales Associate at Vuori builds connections with customers and communicates the brand’s values through product knowledge and an optimistic approach. The role focuses on creating an excellent customer experience, achieving sales goals, and supporting store operations and visual presentation in a fast-paced retail environment. Associates greet and assist customers, help with fitting rooms and sizing, and provide knowledgeable feedback on merchandise style and fit. They work with the sales team to deliver strong service, build lasting customer relationships, and develop product knowledge in fashion and activewear. The role also includes maintaining inventory and cash-control processes, restocking and cleaning the store, supporting merchandising directives, and keeping the selling floor organized. This position requires availability for nights, weekends, and holidays, as well as punctuality and the ability to remain active and move throughout the store. Employees may lift or move items weighing up to 30 pounds and use a step stool or ladder as needed.

Responsibilities
