About The Position

The Retail Sales Associate at Vuori builds connections with customers and communicates the brand’s values through product knowledge and an optimistic, engaging approach. The role focuses on creating a memorable customer experience, achieving sales goals in a team-based commission environment, and supporting store operations and visual standards. This is a seasonal position at Seattle Premium Outlets. The hourly pay range is $19–$22, plus team-pooled commission.

Responsibilities

• Create memorable customer experiences and build lasting relationships with customers.
• Work with the sales team to provide customers with strong service, and greet customers in a timely, authentic, and engaging manner.
• Prepare fitting rooms, locate sizes, and provide informed feedback about merchandise style and fit.
• Achieve sales goals in a team-based commission environment.
• Develop product knowledge, including knowledge of the broader fashion landscape and activewear, to serve customers as an expert.
• Assist with projects while maintaining a focus on customer experience.
• Communicate inventory needs to support business goals.
• Ensure the sales floor is stocked each evening and collaborate with management on inventory management.
• Clean the retail store regularly, including floors and bathrooms.
• Understand and execute cash-control procedures, including bank deposits and petty cash.
• Assist with implementing and maintaining merchandising and visual directives.
• Keep the selling floor neat, clean, organized, and consistent with the required visual image.
• Identify and communicate product concerns in a timely manner.
