About The Position

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Retail Sales Associate to join the team at a soccer store. The role focuses on assisting customers with purchases, sharing product knowledge, and creating a positive customer experience in a fast-paced retail environment. The associate also supports store operations, inventory management, and team sales and service goals.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Passion for soccer and knowledge of soccer products and brands.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

Previous retail sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Greet, welcome, and assist customers with their purchases.
Demonstrate knowledge of soccer products, brands, and merchandise.
Process sales transactions and handle cash, credit card, and other payment methods.
Maintain a clean and organized store by restocking shelves, organizing displays, and keeping the store tidy.
Assist with inventory management, including receiving, unpacking, and organizing merchandise shipments.
Offer additional products or services when appropriate, including warranties, accessories, and customization options.
Follow store policies and procedures, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and security measures.
Participate in training and development opportunities to expand product knowledge and improve customer service skills.
Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales targets and customer service goals.
