About The Position

My Wireless, an AT&T Authorized National Retailer, is hiring a Bilingual Spanish Retail Sales Associate to help customers find technology solutions from AT&T products and services. The role involves engaging with customers, educating them about available offerings, and guiding them through the buying process in a customer-focused retail environment. Associates receive ongoing paid training and may pursue career growth and opportunities on the management team as they develop their skills and meet performance goals.

The position requires standing and walking for prolonged periods, moving around the store, and occasionally lifting or moving objects weighing up to 10 pounds. Employees may also reach with their hands and arms, climb and balance on ladders, stoop, kneel, crouch, and handle display materials and merchandise with dexterity. The work may involve handling small mobile-phone parts and looking at a computer screen for prolonged periods; vision requirements can be met with eyeglasses or contact lenses. Requirements

• Experience in a retail or customer-facing sales environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• At least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
