About The Position

Verizon is hiring a full-time, onsite Retail Sales Associate to help customers find and purchase technology products and services in a retail store. The role combines sales, customer service, and ongoing development in store operations, including merchandising and inventory. Responsibilities

Generate retail sales by using technology knowledge and customer service to expand the Verizon network.
Learn and identify customers’ needs by building connections and asking questions.
Recommend products and solutions that address customers’ needs with a complete sales solution.
Close sales by communicating effectively and providing simple, intuitive technology solutions.
Develop skills through ongoing training and work across operational functions, including merchandising and inventory.
Place outbound calls and send text messages to current Verizon customers interested in Verizon products and services.
Engage with the community at off-site Verizon-sponsored events to expand the customer base.
