Requirements

• Previous retail sales or customer service experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, energetic attitude and a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences.
• Goal-oriented, with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Reliable and punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers and build relationships that encourage membership retention and repeat visits.
• Educate customers about tanning services, UV and sunless options, and proper skin care.
• Meet and exceed individual and store revenue goals.
• Accurately process transactions using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming salon environment.
• Complete daily business tasks and operational responsibilities.
