About The Position

Fjällräven is hiring a seasonal, part-time Retail Sales Associate at its Castle Rock Outlets store in Castle Rock, Colorado. The associate serves as a welcoming representative of the brand, helping guests feel confident and prepared for outdoor adventures through attentive service, product education, and genuine connection. The role supports sales and store operations, contributes to a collaborative team environment, and represents Fjällräven’s sustainability values. Compensation is $15.16–$19.50 per hour, dependent on experience.

Responsibilities

Use the GUIDE service program to listen to guests, educate them, and help them select suitable gear.
Build guest trust through thoughtful questions, product knowledge, and genuine connection.
Support sales and conversion by helping guests make confident purchasing decisions.
Assist with cash handling, restocking, and maintaining a clean, inviting sales floor.
Follow safety, security, and loss-prevention practices.
Work with teammates to create a supportive, welcoming environment.
Participate in training to stay current on products, fit, and service expectations.
Represent Fjällräven’s values in every interaction.
Educate guests about sustainability initiatives, including the Arctic Fox Initiative and Down Promise.
Participate in local events and community activations when possible.
