About The Position

Vuori is seeking a seasonal Retail Sales Associate to connect with customers and communicate the brand’s values through product knowledge and an upbeat, optimistic approach. The role focuses on creating a memorable customer experience, building customer relationships, supporting sales goals in a team-based commission environment, and maintaining store operations and visual standards. Associates work with customers and colleagues in a fast-paced retail setting and help ensure the store is clean, organized, well stocked, and ready to serve customers.

Requirements

Responsibilities

Create an unforgettable customer experience and build lasting relationships with customers.
Work with the sales team to provide each customer with the best service possible.
Greet customers in a timely, authentic, and engaging manner.
Prepare fitting rooms, find sizes, and give customers knowledgeable and honest feedback on merchandise style and fit.
Achieve sales goals in a team-based commission environment.
Build product knowledge in fashion and activewear to serve as an expert for customers.
Assist with projects while keeping the customer experience a priority.
Communicate inventory needs to support business goals.
Ensure the sales floor is stocked every evening.
Collaborate with management on inventory management.
Clean the retail store regularly, including floors and bathrooms.
Understand and execute cash-control procedures, including bank deposits and petty cash.
Assist with implementing and maintaining merchandising and visual directives.
Keep the selling floor neat, clean, organized, and aligned with the correct visual image.
Identify and communicate product concerns promptly.
