About The Position
As a Retail Selling Colleague, you combine goal-oriented selling with genuine hospitality to create standout shopping experiences. You learn about customers’ needs, provide personalized recommendations, and connect them with appropriate products and services. Through customer engagement, product knowledge, and effective selling behaviors, you work toward sales goals, build trust, and encourage customer loyalty. The role also involves keeping the sales floor and fitting rooms clean, organized, and inviting. Colleagues review sales goals, learn about new arrivals and promotions, greet customers, build relationships, recover merchandise, update signs and pricing, support merchandise moves, share loyalty program benefits, and help customers complete their shopping experience. Teamwork, continuous learning, and dependable service contribute to individual and store results.
Requirements
- Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and supervisors.

Responsibilities
- Engage customers with a warm welcome and create friendly, personalized conversations.
- Understand customer needs and provide product recommendations and information about products and services.
- Use effective selling behaviors to achieve daily sales goals and drive customer loyalty.
- Review sales goals and stay informed about new arrivals, popular items, trends, and promotions.
- Maintain clean, organized, and shoppable sales floors and fitting rooms by recovering merchandise.
- Update signs and pricing and support merchandise moves as needed.
- Share loyalty program benefits, ensure customers have what they need, and thank them for their visit.
- Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a supportive team environment.
- Use electronic devices, handheld equipment, and cash registers to perform job functions and process transactions.
