Requirements

Experience in a similar-scope role.
Ability to provide a seamless customer experience across retail and ecommerce channels.
Comfort using technology and apps.
Strong communication skills across a variety of platforms.
Proven record of achieving personal results in a retail business, including consistently exceeding sales and performance goals.
Passion for contributing to a purpose-driven brand.
Able to engage with others and nurture relationships.
Resourceful, willing to work hard, and comfortable taking initiative.

Self-starting and persistent in completing work.
