The Sales Associate, known in 5.11 stores as a Service Specialist, brings energy, product knowledge, and a customer-first mindset to the sales floor. The role creates exceptional customer experiences, connects customers with the gear they need, shares product expertise, supports daily store operations, and helps keep the store organized and ready for business. This is an opportunity to develop skills and product knowledge while contributing to a collaborative, results-oriented team. The position is for the new Mall of America location opening soon.
