About The Position

The Retail Sales Associate at Vuori connects with customers and communicates the brand’s values through product knowledge and an optimistic, welcoming approach. The role focuses on creating an exceptional customer experience, building lasting customer relationships, supporting sales goals in a team-based commission environment, and helping customers find products and suitable styles and fits. The associate also supports store operations, including stocking and organizing the sales floor, inventory management, cleaning, cash control, and carrying out visual merchandising directives. Associates work with the sales team and management to support business needs while keeping customer experience a priority.

Responsibilities

Create an unforgettable customer experience and build lasting relationships with customers.
Work with the sales team to provide excellent customer service and greet customers in a timely, authentic, and engaging manner.
Prepare fitting rooms, find sizes, and give customers knowledgeable feedback about merchandise style and fit.
Achieve sales goals in a team-based commission environment.
Develop product knowledge in fashion and activewear to serve as an expert for customers.
Assist with projects while prioritizing the customer experience.
Communicate inventory needs to support business goals.
Stock the sales floor every evening.
Collaborate with management on inventory management.
Regularly clean the retail store, including floors and bathrooms.
Understand and execute cash control procedures, including bank deposits and petty cash.
Assist with implementing and maintaining merchandising and visual directives.
Keep the selling floor neat, clean, organized, and aligned with the correct visual image.
Identify and communicate product concerns in a timely manner.
