About The Position
Clarks is hiring part-time Sales Associates to support store sales and operations. Associates deliver positive sales performance, provide customer service, organize merchandise and back stock, and help maintain a visually compelling store environment. They represent the Clarks brand, follow loss-prevention and shrinkage procedures, complete assigned tasks, and contribute to a comfortable workplace for colleagues. The role requires standing for extended periods, frequent bending, climbing and moving ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Consistently deliver positive sales performance.
- Organize store merchandise and back stock, ensuring proper product placement.
- Practice impeccable customer service skills.
- Upsell customers, when appropriate, on multiple pairs and accessories.
- Exemplify the Clarks brand.
- Follow policies and procedures related to loss prevention and shrinkage.
- Assist with store maintenance and merchandising to create a visually compelling environment.
- Contribute to a comfortable work environment for all colleagues.
- Ensure completion of assigned tasks and responsibilities.
