About The Position

As a Retail Sales Associate at Best Buy, you’ll serve as a customer-facing representative in the store. Best Buy provides training to help you confidently recommend technology products and services that meet customers’ individual needs. The role is suited to people interested in sales or helping others.

You’ll welcome and assist customers, demonstrate products, answer questions, make recommendations, and complete cashier duties for purchases, returns, and exchanges. You’ll also maintain product knowledge through ongoing learning, help keep the sales floor clean and stocked, and assist with in-store and curbside pickup orders.

Requirements

• At least 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends.

Responsibilities
