About The Position

As a Retail Selling Colleague, you combine results-driven selling with genuine hospitality to create memorable shopping experiences. You learn about customers’ needs, provide personalized recommendations, connect them with appropriate products and services, and use product knowledge and customer engagement to meet sales goals and build loyalty. The role includes helping customers on the sales floor and in fitting rooms, and maintaining a clean, organized, inviting shopping environment. Colleagues prepare for the day by reviewing sales goals, learning about new products, top-selling items, trends, and promotions. During the day, they welcome customers, build friendly relationships, recover sales floors and fitting rooms, update signs and pricing, and support merchandise moves. They share Loyalty program benefits, ensure customers have what they need, and provide a sincere farewell. Teamwork, continuous improvement, and contributing to individual and store results are important parts of the role. Part-time colleagues are typically scheduled 12–24 hours per week. Schedules include weekend shifts, and hours depend on business needs and colleague availability.
