About The Position

The Retail Sales Associate at Vuori builds connections with customers and communicates the brand’s values through product knowledge and an optimistic, engaging approach. The role focuses on delivering a memorable customer experience, achieving sales goals in a team-based commission environment, and supporting store operations and merchandising. Associates help customers find products and sizes, provide feedback on style and fit, maintain an organized and clean sales floor, and assist with inventory and cash-control procedures. This is a seasonal role.

Responsibilities

Create an unforgettable customer experience and build lasting relationships with customers.
Work with the sales team to provide excellent customer service and greet customers in a timely, authentic, and engaging manner.
Prepare fitting rooms, find sizes, and provide knowledgeable feedback on merchandise style and fit.
Achieve sales goals in a team-based commission environment.
Develop product knowledge, including knowledge of the broader fashion and activewear landscape, to serve customers as an expert.
Assist with projects while keeping the customer experience a priority.
Communicate inventory needs to support business goals and collaborate with management on inventory management.
Stock the sales floor every evening.
Clean the retail store regularly, including floors and bathrooms.
Understand and execute cash-control procedures, including bank deposits and petty cash.
Assist with implementing and maintaining merchandising and visual directives.
Keep the selling floor neat, clean, organized, and aligned with the correct visual image.
Identify and communicate product concerns in a timely manner.
